  • What happens if an interested party/stakeholder/agri-worker wants to launch a complaint?

The SIZA programme supports the foundation for an effective grievance procedure and has a complaints procedure available for any interested party (agri-worker, manager, supervisor or stakeholder, etc.) to launch a complaint directly with SIZA either in writing or via the SIZA hotline telephone number (086 1111 568). This procedure will allow for a formal investigation based on a completed complaint form. This procedure provides a framework for open dialogue to occur in a mutually respectful manner through effective communication and conflict management which forms the building blocks for the SIZA programme.

For more information regarding this procedure, feel free to contact SIZA directly, or visit the website for more information: https://siza.co.za/document-library/social-library-complaints-procedure/
