The programme oversees environmental stewardship and upholds labour laws committed to addressing human rights. The goal is to drive continuous improvement in practices so that social and environmental compliance becomes integral to everyday business.
SIZA actively engages stakeholders across the value chain to mitigate risks, address needs, and confront challenges. By monitoring and reporting on compliance over time, we develop interventions and provide support and remedy resources.
SIZA is a subscription-based non-profit organisation that aims to minimise costs and eliminate audit duplication. As the preferred South African standards, operated locally yet aligned with global benchmarks, SIZA simplifies operations for South African suppliers by offering a single standard and audit process per category, regardless of the market destinations.
Our Growth
As SIZA is a multi-sector agricultural solution, the MySIZA platform allows for a diverse subscription base and a detailed breakdown of commodities. SIZA’s steady growth can be related to the expansion of the programme to become a multisector agri-wide programme and the increased demand for compliance globally.
