SIZA members need to renew their membership annually. To ease the process for businesses, proforma invoices are sent to the member one month prior to the membership renewal date. The email generated by the MySIZA Platform containing the proforma invoice will be sent to the primary and secondary contacts’ email addresses indicated on the member profile on MySIZA.

If members pay their annual membership fee through Payfast, the payment will automatically pull through to your profile and the profile will be activated immediately.

Should a member prefer to renew the profile via EFT, it is important to remember to send the proof of payment to Lynn Taute in the SIZA office (info@siza.co.za) so the profile can be activated manually by uploading the proof of payment on the subscription ensuring that the SAQ can be generated.

Once the payment is made and the profile is active again, an email containing the tax invoice will automatically be sent from the platform to the primary and secondary contacts’ email addresses indicated on the profile.

Should a member fail to renew his/her membership within 90 days after the expiry date, there will no longer be any visibility on the profile, and because the member will no longer be an active member of SIZA, the Audit Completion Letter will no longer be valid. To prevent all these issues, we request that you ensure that your membership is renewed before the expiry date.
