As a control measure, SIZA implemented an option for members who needed to have audits conducted during the COVID-19 national lockdown period. This procedure consists of an offsite audit review (50% of audit checklist to be completed) and an onsite (follow up) audit (remaining 50% of audit checklist). In total, 145 audits were conducted offsite prior to an onsite visit. All of these audits were completed with seven audits that still need to receive the onsite visit before the audit can be completed in full.
