The SIZA Remedy Programme is an essential initiative to support producers in addressing non-conformances identified during and before audits in preparation for a third-party audit. It can also assist growers in areas where they need the expertise of a professional.  Launched in 2018, this program offers a structured framework for producers to seek expert help tailored to their unique challenges. It promotes ongoing improvement while adhering to legal requirements and the SIZA standard. It also assists producers with trusted, credible professional services when and if needed.

When producers encounter challenges, they can utilise the Remedy Solution programme, which connects them with SIZA-approved professionals who specialise in the relevant fields related to the findings. This allows producers to make informed decisions about engaging these experts to help rectify their compliance issues.
