The SIZA team has recently noticed an increase in users experiencing login difficulties on the MySIZA Platform. In most cases, these issues can be resolved quickly, often without needing assistance from the support team.
To save time and get you back online faster, follow the simple steps below:
Double-check your login details
Ensure you use the correct username and email address registered on the Platform under your profile. MySIZA account. It’s important to make sure there are no typing errors in either your email address or password. Sometimes, a small typo, an extra space, or having Caps Lock turned on can prevent you from logging in.
Reset your password if needed
If you’re confident your details are correct but cannot log in, click the “Forgot your password?” link below the login box. You’ll receive a password reset email at your registered address, allowing you to create a new password and regain access immediately.
It’s also a good idea to save login details in your web browser or a password manager to make future sign-ins easier. Also, remember that some users have more than one login due to managing more than one account on MySIZA. In these cases, your username may include your email address followed by a 1 or 2 (e.g., johndoe@siza.co.za).
Still can’t access your account?
If you’ve followed the steps above but still cannot log in, please contact Carmen Botes at carmen@siza.co.za or phone the SIZA office. Our team will be happy to send you a password reset email and help you log back into your account.
For your security, the MySIZA Platform requires all users to update their passwords every 90 days. This feature helps protect your personal and business information. If you haven’t logged in for a while, your password may have expired, so a quick reset using the steps above should resolve the issue. By following these easy steps, you can solve most login issues yourself and keep your MySIZA account secure and accessible whenever you need it.
