The 17 Sustainable Development Goals were initiated by the United Nations and adopted by all UN Member States in 2015 - they create a common, globally recognized target for the world to aim for heading towards 2030. These 17 Sustainable Development Goals include a range of critically important areas that range from 'Zero Hunger' to 'Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions'. With a common goal of ethical and environmental sustainability, SIZA and the UN's Sustainable Developments Goals support one another towards overcoming multiple challenges in the sustainability journey ahead.
