GRIEVANCE MECHANISM


SIZA provides a platform for interested stakeholders, agri-workers, management and other role-players to launch a grievance/complaint if and when a particular practice contravenes a SIZA Code Principle. Following the formal SIZA complaints process, the grievance and complaints can be resolved to provide the desired outcomes for all parties involved. This procedure provides a framework for open dialogue to take place within a mutually respectful manner through effective communication, and conflict management which forms the building blocks for the SIZA programme.

To lodge a grievance, please download the SIZA Social (Ethical) Complaints Application or the SIZA Environmental Complaints Application and email the completed form to admin@siza.co.za or phone the SIZA Helpline on 0861 111 568.
