DIGITAL RECORDKEEPING TRAINING

Training on how to complete the data for the KPI tool is just as important as your production cycle and selecting the correct commodities.  Something as basic as measurement units or entering a zero where no value should be entered can change the way that your data is interpreted and will, in turn, result in trend analyses giving you incorrect data. Without the correct data, you will not be able to ensure that your business is as efficient as possible and identifying aspects of your business that require change might not be as easy. Training will provide you with the needed insight to ensure that you and your business get the most out of the tool at hand.

As the SIZA Digital Recordkeeping Tool will also have a built-in functionality where SIZA members can request their carbon footprint to be calculated by using their data on MySIZA, it is important that those who will be capturing on SIZA attend the training to be aware of what data will be needed and how it should be interpreted.
